Where: In Delaware, Kent and New Castle Counties. In Maryland, Caroline, Kent MD, and Queen Annes Counties. In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties.

When: From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Sunday.

Impacts: Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
