KEY MESSAGE 1...

Breezy conditions in the Mid-Hudson Valley to the Greater Capital District continue through this afternoon with winds gusting between 15 and 25 mph, then decrease near and after sunset tonight. A Nor'easter out in the Atlantic Ocean will continue to slowly head north and east out to sea with no impacts to eastern New York or western New England through Thursday. Seasonable temperatures continue through this weekend, with next Monday into the end of October leaning above normal for high temperatures.
